Please note that we also sell a set of notes to the Advanced Commercial Dispute Resolution (ACDR) module. These notes are similar, as approximately two-thirds of the topics overlap. If you are not sure which of our guides to use, we suggest that you compare the list of topics covered in our ACL guide with the list of topics in our ACDR guide (ACDR covers litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution methods such as arbitration, whereas ACL has more detail on litigation and regulatory matters and less on alternative dispute resolution).
