GDL Answered Case Book
Our GDL Answered Case Book summarises nearly 3,000 cases - the vast bulk of cases that students will encounter during their GDL studies - across all seven of the substantive law conversion course subjects: Contract Law, Criminal Law, Torts, Land Law, Equity & Trusts, Constitutional & Administrative law and EU law.
The facts of each case are summarised alongside the ratio, or legal principle, derived from each case. Cases are divided by topic to match our GDL Answered Core Guide, with helpful Key Cases to pick out those which you really need to know. Our 8th edition Core Guide and Case Book have been written and updated in tandem so that you can learn the key points of each case and when and how to apply it.
Our latest edition has been thoroughly rewritten and expanded ready for the current academic year.
Our Case Book covers the same full list of topics covered in our GDL Core Guide. The vast majority of the thousands of cases referred to in our Core Guide are also detailed in our Case Book.
