The email address that you use to place your order is the email address that will be used to create your Law Answered+ login details.

We strongly recommend that you use your personal email address that you will continue to have access to when signing up for Law Answered+.

This allows you to continue to access your products after you have left law school.

Whilst it is possible to change your login email address after you have joined Law Answered+, this is a manual task, so takes a little time to switch over.

It is not possible to merge two different MyLiveBook accounts together, so if you have purchased digital products from us in the past, sign up with the email you used for that purchase and then get in touch and we can help you then change your email address across to a new one.

Yes - you can cancel your membership at any point in the profile part of your membership. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Remember though, if you cancel your membership (even just for a month), you'll lose your original price, any annotations you have made in your MyLiveBook library and will have to rejoin at the current price.
