Our printers take a well-deserved break over the holidays. This means that if you would like to receive a physical copy of your guide before the new year you must place your order by Sunday 17th December 2023.
We will continue to have our guides available on Amazon Prime, and instant access digital copies will be available in the interim period.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Our main customer service team will be on holiday between Saturday 23rd December and Tuesday 2nd January.
We will be running a customer service ‘lite’ mode during this time (responding to emails during non-bank holiday weekdays).
Please be aware that there may be a small delay in responding to your query, and we may not be able to deal with all requests during this time as we will need to wait for information that will not be available before Tuesday 2nd January.

First up, we’ll be celebrating the new year with some 📚 free study resources 🎉… keep an eye out for an email towards the end of the year so you don’t miss out (and if you aren’t already on our email list, make sure you sign up in below!).
We’ll also be sharing a link to our annual survey 🔎 … featuring exciting prizes which we will be sending out to random survey participants. We take your feedback seriously, and we can’t wait to hear what you think!
Finally, we’ve got some new part-time and full-time positions coming up in the new year, so keep an eye out for more announcements, especially if you are keen to get some extra work experience!
